To prevent the yoyo effect of dieting, a person must never try to drastically reduce his or her weight. A slower weight loss program is very important to give the body a chance to adjust. Furthermore, once a person has achieved his or her ideal weight, he or she should resolve to keep that idea weight through proper diet and exercise.
