To Take Vitamins Or Not

It’s no secret that the body needs to get all the nutrients that it requires in order to function and function efficiently.
But in today’s super convienient, super time management world in which we live the organic needs of our body many times take a back seat to convenience and instant gratification. This have now and have it quick mentality is no better illustrated when it comes to food and our eating habits in general. More often than not we choose what’s most convienient and quick over what’s best for our body. We’ve turned from fast foods and junk foods from those more traditional and healthy, balanced meals.
Knowing this… it is no wonder that obesity is on the rise, along with various cancers, and even higher stress related illnesses. It’s up to us to give our body what it needs to function in the form of nutrients.
For today’s average person it is difficult to get the proper amount of daily nutrients from the foods that we choose to eat. And really… it isn’t very practical either. I mean how would you get five or more fruits and vegetables each and every day? Even the most stringent healthy eaters […]
